Fall Equinox (Originally Published 9/1/2021)
Most of us will barely notice the arrival of the fall equinox this year or any other year for that matter. Most likely you did not take notice of the spring equinox (March 21, 2021). Equinox is Latin for “equal night.” In the true polar fashion of planet Earth, there are two days each year where there are exactly twelve hours of daylight and twelve hours of darkness: the spring and fall equinoxes. Think of them as two perfectly light balanced days. September 22, 2021 mark

Sabbath (Originally Published 7/2/2021)
For many years I have subscribed to the biblical notion to honor Sunday as the Sabbath. One of the Sabbath‘s definitions is “abstinence from work.” In the early days of my real estate career, I found myself working seven days a week. As a young mother and wife, I never felt like I was able to fully see to the needs of everyone else, not to mention find the time to meet my own needs. When I made the commitment to dedicate my Sundays to not work early on in my career, I notice
