Mineral Energy Into Crystals

Minerals in the geological sense are made of atoms. To be defined as a geological mineral, the mineral must be organic, (naturally occurring), be solid at room temperature, contain a crystal structure and have a defined chemical composition. Atoms are what impact the characteristics and ultimately the behavior of the mineral.

Atoms contain protons, neurons, and electrons. The number of electrons that an atom contains in its outer ring, known as the valence ring, determines that atom’s ability to bond with other atoms creating a new element and energetic output. Not all elements can bond (or share electrons) with other elements.

Knowledge of individual minerals is helpful when working with crystals.  A mineral in the body can be excited, sedated or balanced with the application of complimentary and polarizing minerals outside of the body. Balanced minerals in the body most often mean a healthier body.

Of the 118 elements (from the periodic table of elements) 22 of them take up residence in the body. They are:

  • Oxygen

  • Carbon

  • Hydrogen

  • Nitrogen

  • Calcium

  • Phosphorous

  • Potassium

  • Sulfur

  • Sodium

  • Chlorine

  • Magnesium

  • Iron

  • Fluorine

  • Zinc

  • Copper

  • Molybdenum

  • Manganese

  • Iodine

  • Selenium

  • Chromium

  • Cobalt

  • Lithium

Note, the first six elements listed on the left make up 98% of the body’s elemental mass. The remaining 16 elements on the list make up 2% of body mass combined. Trace elements equal .05% of body mass or less. Trace minerals are needed in small amounts for maximum body function, ergo the name “trace.”

All earth elements, air, water, fire, earth and metal are present in each element, but one earth element has a chief governance over specific atomic elements. For example, calcium is a metal element. Calcium’s metal content is what makes calcium a good energy conductor as all metals are considered energy conductors. Just think of electrical wires that contain copper.

Crystals are minerals that have chemical compositions whose compositions create unique crystalline structures. Understanding the body’s minerals and a crystal’s mineral content means possessing one of the many pieces of the crystal healing puzzle. A Crystal’s mineral content that is held outside the body can ignite, sedate or balance minerals in the body. Crystals can ignite, sedate, and balance the body’s organs, operating systems, chakras, color frequency (energy) earth elements as well as channel in planetary influence.
