Mercurial Mercury

Have you ever wondered what causes your mind to have new ideas/solutions this minute and not on a regular basis? The answer? The influence of the planet Mercury.
Planet Mercury, one-third the width of Earth, is the closest planet in our solar system to our star, the Sun. While Earth’s orbit around the Sun is 365 days, it only takes Mercury 88 days to complete an entire orbit. Scientists tell us that Mercury hosts oxygen, sodium, hydrogen, helium and potassium. Mercury’s temperature ranges from minus 290 degrees Fahrenheit in the evening hours to 800 degrees Fahrenheit during Mercury’s daytime hours. It’s hard to believe that a planet that is 56,974 miles from the Earth can have any influence on the third rock from the Sun, but Mercury’s influence, like all other planets that circle our Sun, is God or Creator Source’s way to deliver data to the human collective (and technically all living creatures) when the collective is ready to receive it.
Yes, all of the planets from Mercury to Mars, Venus to Jupiter, Neptune to Pluto carry distinct archetypal “forces” through their electromagnetic fields (every planet has one) directly into the EMF of human beings – yes, every human being has an EMF as well. Look it up.
Mercury’s archetypes characteristics) are those of the mental mind-body. Since the beginning of time and without telescopes, Earth’s inhabitants have been enamored by what is in the sky. Sumeria, a group of earthlings from 6000 years ago clearly understood astronomy and planetary influence. Planets, stars and even asteroids all have cycles, and ancient cultures found ways to use the cycles for planting/reaping, keeping track of seasons and even tides.
Mercury is considered a messenger planet. Greek mythology describes the god Mercury as the God of Commerce and Communication. Somewhere along the way, ancient civilizations attached planet Mercury’s influence to apply to all forms of communication. In truth, Mercury’s presence has a tendency to rewire brains based on the Zodiac sign it is in at the moment. Since Mercury passes through a new Zodiac sign every 14-30 days due to its short orbital. One might also surmise that Mercury (especially in retrograde) is responsible for a lot of the chaos one experiences in their life.
Mercury’s role in the big picture is about the thinking process one uses in this lifetime. Check your astrological birth chart. What sign was Mercury in at the time of your birth? As a planet of the mind, Mercury’s zodiac influence can include how one thinks, concentrates, ingenuity, curiosity, calculating and reasoning, as well as one’s capacity for wit.
Mercury, the God-sourced planet that acts as a giant communication mainframe constantly emanating new data to process in the world of logic and practicality.
