Muscle testing is a non-invasive, holistic tool that assesses the body's muscles to determine whether an upcoming introduction will strengthen or weaken the overall health and well-being of the body. Muscle testing can be used to test whether crystals, food, color, or another person will enhance or detract from one’s energetic fields.
