The Human Ecosystem

An ecosystem is defined as a biological community of interacting organisms and their physical environment. A kindergarten room full of children is its own ecosystem. The ocean is an ecosystem. More importantly, the human body is its own ecosystem.
Divinely designed, every aspect of the human body is also a community of interacting parts that operate that one might have life. A totally amazing ecosystem, all systems of the human body (there are 12 major operating systems of the body) are linked together through nutrient cycles and energy flows.
While the Earth’s major ecosystems are controlled by external factors like climate, they are even more heavily influenced by internal factors, such as viruses. Ecosystem functioning at its peak is contained in that ecosystem. A disturbed ecosystem is prepared to face periodic challenges with built-in recovery techniques.
Likewise, the human ecosystem was also designed with an ability for ecological resilience. FYI – pharma is NOT a human-friendly ecosystem. Neither is sugar, processed food or hydrogenated fats. In fact, these human eco-unfriendly outside factors heavily dilute the human ecosystem’s natural ability to remain close to its equilibrium state – the state of health and healthy regeneration.
