Bio-Spiritual Focus

Okay, my special readers, let me introduce an Age of Aquarius buzzword that’s just starting to make headway: bio-spiritual, the combining of the 3 non-spiritual mind-bodies along with the spirit mind-body for healing, manifesting, and connecting to source to delve into the deeper meaning of any issue you might be facing at the moment.

Finally, the spiritual aspect of life is being considered. That is, the concept of spirituality, a finely tuned and taught aspect remnant from the previous era, the Age of Pisces, is coming in, hopefully, front and center! Holistic health, life sciences (crystology, astrology, frequency), and even a renewed understanding of food and food supply – all are part of the Bio-spiritual realities being introduced in the new Golden Era.

Begin to start noticing your feelings more deeply. If fear surfaces, get to the bottom of where the fear seed was planted and weed it out. Feeling depressed? Depression can be eradicated by joining your biology with spiritual practices like yoga, gardening, walking in the woods, prayer, and so much more.

Don’t get left behind or worse yet, have your kids teach you about the relationship between your physical self and your spirit self. After all, we are spirit-beings-having-a-human-experience. One can only imagine why it took so long for the Bio-spiritual buzzword to surface!
