Zinc

Zinc is a metal element that carries thirty very intense and active electrons and is considered a transition metal. Metal elements are so defined because they have electrically charged particles that are good conductors of heat and electricity.

Zinc is found in every cell of the body. Imagine that! Having a hard time tasting or smelling? Decreased zinc in the body may be the culprit. Deficient zinc in the body CAN also be responsible for slow wound healing, chronic ear infections and chronic (recurring) lower respiratory infections. Hair loss, impotence, skin and eye issues and unexplained weight loss are also indicators that one’s zinc count may not be up to par.

The average human requires that .0032% of body mass contains zinc. Of the twenty-two elements required by the body to be balanced, zinc ranks nineteenth. For comparison, hydrogen, rated number three in the volume of body mass, is 10%. Like any of the magic twenty-two, zinc may be barely represented, but its power is mighty. Don’t take zinc for granted. There are still third-world countries where zinc deficiency results in dwarfism.

Zinc enters the body, like most elements, mainly in the foods one eats. Beef, lamb, pork, chicken, cashews, almonds, peanuts, mushrooms, beans, dark chocolate, pumpkin and squash seeds and oysters all deliver zinc to the body when digested. Coffee, marijuana, anger, rage, fear and other minerals like aluminum, calcium, copper, iron and phosphorous will antagonize or counteract zinc’s presence in the body. Contrarily, chromium, potassium, manganese, and magnesium complement zinc’s leave in the body.

If one experiences nausea, vomiting, chills, mouth sores, a metallic taste in the mouth, yellow eyes or skin without a clear reason, those symptoms could be a sign that one’s body is hosting TOO MUCH zinc.

The human body is a bioelectromagnetic organism which means electricity and magnetic force drive all aspects of the biology of the human being’s existence. Zinc, a diamagnetic element, magnetizes or excites important processes for both the digestive (Zn sparks over 100 different digestive enzymes) and immune systems.

Some crystals that exude zinc energy are sphalerite, franklinite, hemimorphite, serpentine, willemite, smithsonite, zincite and a few fluorites. The element of zinc can transmit its electrical, diamagnetic “force energy” Bluetooth style into the body. Build a grid with a few zinc-laden crystals or carry the crystals in a pocket or piece of jewelry.

The human body requires a healthy balance of 22 elements from the Periodic Table of Elements to ensure maximum health. The perfect balance of elements, however, looks different for everyone. In other words, there is no exact formula for “the perfect” ratio of one element to another that will work for every human being’s body. Individualized DNA has everything to do with how the body processes and uses elements.

This writer always suggests that you muscle test when adding a new food or element to your diet. Although the above foods are excellent sources of Zn, they also carry other elements that may alter the delicate balance of those 22 elements. Muscle testing can indicate if that is the case.

Visit a crystal apothecary shop and take note of the crystals you are naturally attracted to. Check to see if the crystals are on the above list. Muscle test for crystal/zinc compatibility. A positive muscle test result may indicate the crystal’s zinc vibrational frequency will be helpful to your body’s elemental health.
