Using Moon's Energy

Did you know that Moon’s planetary influence enhances many Earth activities? Most people think that a full Moon brings out all the crazies. And it does, but every phase of the Moon (there are four) adds a little extra light to the many things all living entities do in a day. Moon’s energetic force is like adding spices to a meal to kick up the flavor of a dish a notch or two.
Cosmic drama is its own stage. Earth's Moon is just one of Earth's many actors on that stage. Did you know that all of the planets in our Solar System have the ability to affect strands of human DNA? Moon is said to be a "water" element planet representing the soft interior of the past, both dreams and fears of the future. As Moon is in "lock step" with Earth's rotation around Sun, Moon also receives the vibrational messaging from other planets and star constellations that she "processes" and delivers to Earth by reflection for human processing.
Most likely, Moon's changing energetic force could be responsible for both unexplained feelings of sadness as well as spurts of unpredictable joy. Yes, Moon's influence is the ultimate feminine spark that drives motherhood, emotions and even the reproductive system of the body. The good news is that her influences are usually short-lived as her four phases run only seven days of her twenty-eight day cycle. Who can't cope with a situation for at least twenty-eight days?
One of the best physical qualities of Moon is her ability to reflect light. When one receives an urging to focus on Moon, it might be a good time to stop and think about what has been happening over the last few days. Whether blessed or traumatized, what were your feelings? Are these feelings really who you are? Do these feelings keep your life in the dungeon or are you also reflecting light like Moon? When Moon gets your attention, it may be time to stop what you are doing and take a look at the big picture. Take in what the feelings are and see if those feelings represent you as you really are or want to become.
Full Moon's phase, phase three of the four phases, is a time for harvesting what was planted, whether two weeks or two years earlier. In phase one, the New Moon phase, Moon's light seems to be gone. However, the New Moon phase is the perfect time to set an intention to change something. Perhaps you can address feelings of anger, quit a bad habit or begin healthier eating.
Moon provides the stage, sets the atmosphere and even provides planetary encouragement, but the choice and decision-making is upon us, individually. Why not take the next New Moon phase to reset something needing resetting? Consciously write down the change in the form of an intention and watch the magic.
Moon, stars and planets provide powerful awakening and support energies through the guidance of Creator-Soul. Why let that go to waste?
