Spirit Mind-Body Defined

I frequently ramble on about the four mind-bodies housed by the human electromagnetic field: physical, mental, emotional and spirit. Think of mind-bodies as control centers for those functions specific to human existence.  The physical mind-body is easy to understand; It’s the guiding force that drives the twelve operating systems governing every human function; the software that operates the human body. The mental mind-body sits in tandem with the pineal gland that is responsible for the mental images, problem solving skills and creative mind experiences of humans.  The emotional mind-body is linked to the heart.  The emotional and mental mind-body works in tandem with each other. The emotional mind-body, as its name might suggest, processes the frequencies that guide the individualized emotions felt and expressed by the human spirit.

Mind-bodies hold one’s particular talents, flaws and life purpose, relegated at birth, enhanced by many factors such as DNA, planetary influence, culture, etc..  The individualized expression of Soul that each human spirit is, is driven by a Divine force (that works thru the mind-bodies) known as Soul guidance, placing one in the right place at the right time to use one’s talents, work on flaws and express the purpose that is held in one’s mind-body consciousness (also known as the super conscious mind)

There are many levels to the mental/emotional mind-bodies.   The emotional and mental mind-bodies carry the driving frequencies of all human aspects of life on Earth.  They work as a team to produce the way an individual thinks, acts and feels, one’s personality.  Said another way, the individualized mental and emotional mind-bodies hold all of the drivers for one’s archetypes.

The spirit mind-body is a little trickier to grasp. The human quest for a deeper meaning to one’s walk on Earth is timeless.  The acts of the spirit-being moving towards one’s Soul purpose as a spirit-being-having-a-human experience is deeply rooted in one’s spirit mind-body.

The spirit mind-body, a fourth dimensional entity, requires a human entry portal. I’m not sure if it’s the pineal gland, or the pituitary gland or a combination of both, that vibrationally transduces down the spiritual energetic information received from Soul to the mental/emotional-mind-bodies (brain/heart) of the human spirit into useable force. The nervous system of the body is the system that relays and processes all Soul based signaling through the brain and heart.  Spiritual experiences that range from the joy of observing the birth of a child, feeling love for or from anyone, admiring a beautiful sea or landscape, praying or witnessing a miracle, as examples, are all spirit mind-body experiences that usually result in the release of a high-level dose of chemicals (into physical mind-body) read by the parietal cortex of the brain.  Those spirit mind-body induced chemicals are designed to break down the barrier between one’s human self and one’s spirit self.  Feeling a “spiritual high” (without drugs) requires a mutual series of sensations from the three “human” mind-bodies.  In other words, a human sensation of a spiritual type (love, joy, miracle, peace, compassion) allows one to fully connect with Soul force for a very brief moment in time.

Analytical thinking and feeling, fueled by the mental/emotional mind-body continuum and spiritual thinking can never be a simultaneous occurrence. This statement, if nothing else, is a great reason to partake in events like yoga, meditation, a walk in the woods, prayer and even a long hot shower to temporarily remove one’s human mind from total connection to the material/physical realm.  An intention to “tune in” to spiritual intonations when in the throngs of yoga for example can help one connect to Soul’s guidance; and receive answers and confidence to complete any project at-hand that has light filled intentions.

As a spirit-being-having-a-human-experience, free will is the main thruster humans have access   to live their days.  Free will to love or hate. Free will to be angry or peaceful. Free will to help or hurt.  Yoga, meditation, prayer, and a walk in the woods, when infused thru the parietal cortex of the brain, are those things that can temporarily remove us from the density of Earth to the lightness of the spirit mind-body so that one can hear and heed Soul guidance.

Be sure to set time aside regularly to urge the parietal cortex, the lobe in the brain that awakens one to self-awareness, to encourage the reception of Soul guidance, no matter how trite or terrible the circumstances you may be facing are at the moment.  The spirit-mind body, along with the physical, mental, and emotional mind-bodies complete the big picture of human existence.  Why miss out on light filled encounters that can only be experienced when away from analytical thinking and human emotional feelings? The free will to do so is always ours!
