Love is the power that joins and binds everything in the universe. Love’s power is harmonizing and constructive.
Love’s deepest experienced can be felt when we are able to connect to Soul’s Divine Mind—that is, when we remove our mind from self—seeking experiences and place it, if only for a moment, in a place where only love exists.
The place where only love exists is a place void of all self—thoughts and self—emotions. That is where we bring all levels of mind to a state of connection beyond our personalized, archetypal world to a place of nothingness. Since we are a spiritual being having a material experience, separating from any materiality can be extremely trying. One method to take respite in the “Soul Zone” is to focus on one particular color for a short amount of time.
Color is a function of the human visual system. Further, color vitalizes separate processes in the body. In fact, the human DNA, cells, mitochondria, etc., all use specific colors, wavelengths of light, to operate the vital functions of the body.
Every color has a specific effect on the nervous system. Every color emanates its own wavelength and frequency, issuing data to the body’s operating systems; move this muscle, digest this food, etc. The body’s three most required basic elements for example, hydrogen carbon and oxygen corresponds to the three primary colors:
Red — Hydrogen
Yellow — Carbon
Blue — Oxygen
When all three colors are in balance and harmony the body, mind, and emotions are able to be centered in love.
Unfortunately, during the course of any day, exposure (over and under) to colors, especially on a regular basis can “uncenter” the nervous system which can result into depression, aggression, unlove, etc.
Years ago, I was receiving a massage on a cruise ship. In my customary fashion, I asked many questions of my masseuse during the hour long session. At her craft on the ship for over a year, she was extremely anxious to finish her tour of duty. I understood this as she felt “disjointed” to me. She related to me that she used to love doing massages but now she admitted the joy of doing massage work was gone. She was in it merely for the money. She hated that she lost such a large part of herself to material gain. It didn’t take me long to discover the problem. Everything in the room was blue. There was an extremely large window open to the ocean which featured blue water and blue sky. Every single day! Our masseuse’s problem? TOO MUCH BLUE. I offered her some advice to counteract the blue and hope she took to it.
As explained in my book, Color Speak, we can use color to change our physical, emotional and mental mind—bodies as an aid to bring balance to an unbalanced self. The ability to send and receive love is a byproduct of being balanced.
Below is a list of the three primary and three secondary colors along with a buzzword (s) that best describes the effect of the color on most people. Note, we live on a spectral planet meaning that at any time one can be subject to too much or too little of a color.
Red — Strength (or weakness if excess)
Orange — Mentally expansive (or mentally blocked if excess)
Yellow — Stimulates contact with others (or avoidance of others if excess)Green — Healing or abundance (or diseased or poverty stricken if excess)
Blue — Calming (or unable to calm down is excess)
Purple — Spiritual mastery (or unable to access spiritual energy if excess)
You can bring a color’s frequency into your electromagnetic body with the clothes you wear, the foods you eat, the colors on your walls, etc. Even focusing on a specific color swatch can help readjust your color balance. With knowledge and practice you can shut your eyes and bring up a color in your mind’s eye when color balance is needed.
Love is the power that joins and binds everything in the universe. Use color to excite the missing link that is keeping you from the connection to Divine Mind where only love exists.
Affirmation: I am directed to the right colors to balance my color energy.
