Chakra 4

The body is divinely designed to process the many vibrational frequencies it is subjected to on Earth. The body needs a variety of different frequencies to walk, breathe, cough, digest food, etc. Every activity of the human body is urged by some sort of frequency. Energies from such environmental sources like gravitational pull, color, sacred geometrical shapes, minerals and planets, to name a few, are transduced into a biologically useful “force” that feeds into an invisible grid (meridian system) hosted by the body.
Chakras, an ancient Sanskrit word for wheels, are energy “junction” boxes that process all of those forms of energy humans are subjected to. There are over 80,000 Chakras or energy transducers in the body. The seven main Chakras run along the spine. Chakra 4 is known as the heart chakra due to its location. . .over the heart. Chakra’s 1, 2 and 3 deal with all of the material elements of human existence, referred to as life, while Chakras 5, 6 and 7 work with the issues of the “spirit self” while having a human experience. Chakra 4 is the “hub” connector between the material and spiritual chakras, always seeking to “pump” light into the experiences of the spirit-being-having-a-human-experience consciousness. The cardiovascular system works in tandem with Chakra 4.
Chakras are invisible and corded to the spine sending environmental frequency data thru the body’s nervous system using Bluetooth technology. Each chakra has emotional, mental, physical and spirit governances that they store for future use consisting of intelligence, data, ideas, feelings, judgements, skill sets and spiritual wisdom to face every challenge of the individualized spirit during one’s own unique human experience in this lifetime.
Chakra 4’s main energy driver is “growth” in both the material and spirit realms. The Thymus Gland, the gland in the body responsible for the human emotion of compassion and the gland that triggers development of the immune system in the early years of life, gets its governance from Chakra 4. Ironically, as the human ages, the Thymus Gland turns into fatty tissue, its chemical output no longer necessary to the human adult lending credence to the idea that affairs, such as compassion, cannot be chemically induced, but that compassion and emotions alike must be a conscious choice as one matures into the spiritual aspects of Chakras 5, 6 and 7. The heart is the only organ with affinity to Chakra 4. Did you know that the heart is 5,000 times magnetically stronger than the brain?
Thought of as the seat of the Soul, Chakra 4 oversees love and fertility, in both the physical and spirit realms.
Keeping the energetic function of Chakra 4 unblocked and free flowing is one of the keys to a healthy body for obvious reasons. Anger, hatred, grief, jealousy, excessive work and judging others critically are all deal breakers for a healthy Chakra 4. Consciously removing anger or greed patterns (Chakras 2 and 3) for example can definitely help Chakra 4 energy flow as freely as possible and allow the vitality of the cardiovascular system to be felt by all of the organs of the body!
Green is the color that best resonates with Chakra 4 energy. Green exposure both in and outside of the body can fortify a blocked or inflamed Chakra 4 if symptoms of a compromised Chakra 4 present themselves with muscle testing to confirm. Red, green’s complimentary color may help soothe an overactive Chakra 4. Symptoms of a compromised or block Chakra 4 are constant heart burn, disappointment as a go-to emotion, unable to receive/give, asthma, diabetes, shoulder tension and fear of intimacy, to a name a few.
After muscle testing to confirm a non-flowing Chakra 4, treat with green crystals (or red if Chakra 4 is determined to be overactive) that have been known to help the emotional mind-body that is houses the heart. Treating Chakra 4 with crystals, conscious change and color can help one open up to receive ideas on some conscious changes one can make to keep Chakra 4 energy unblocked and free flowing.
Green foods and green color therapy (or red foods/red color therapy) may also open one up to the beauty Chakra 4 holds for all the world to see.
Try creating an affirmation such as – “Only love exists in me,” to help stabilize the flow of Chakra 4 energy.”
