Chakra 1

The body is divinely designed to process the many vibrational frequencies it is subjected to on Earth. The body needs a variety of different frequencies to walk, breathe, cough, digest food, etc. Every activity of the human body is urged by some sort of frequency. Energies from such environmental sources like gravitational pull, color, sacred geometrical shapes, minerals and planets, to name a few, are transduced into a biologically useful “force” that feeds into an invisible grid (meridian system) hosted by the body.

Chakras, an ancient Sanskrit word for wheels, are energy “junction” boxes that process all of those forms of energy humans are subjected to. There are over 80,000 Chakras or energy transducers in the body. The seven main Chakras run along the spine. Chakra 1 is poised over the genital area – the center of the human’s creative or reproductive gland. The adrenals have resonance with Chakra 1 as well. The sex glands, ovaries and testicles, are governed by Chakra 1. 

Chakras are invisible and corded to the spine sending environmental frequency data thru the body’s nervous system using Bluetooth technology. Each chakra has emotional, mental, physical and spirit governances that they store for future use consisting of intelligence, data, ideas, feelings, judgements, skill sets and spiritual wisdom to face every challenge of the individualized spirit during one’s own unique human experience in this lifetime.

Chakra 1 is known as the root, base, or birth Chakra. As such, Chakra 1 is said to hold the collective conscious of one’s birth generation and the individual anomalies that will assist one in facing the events of that generation. Imagine Chakra 1 containing the fruit or essence of Soul’s messages that eventually incubates into the unique archetype of every human being, both individually and generationally. As an example, children born in the last 20 years were birthed with computer-like operating wisdom that is held in their Chakra 1.

Chakra 1 centers around one’s basic needs of survival. When one’s survival is or was threatened in any way, let’s say from child abuse, early trauma exposure or a current threat of war, for example, it is usually Charka 1’s function that first becomes comprised in the Chakral column. Chakra 1 best resonates with the material or earthly aspects of life on Earth.

Chakra 1, the root chakra, resonates with the color red and holds Kundalini energy, a Hindu term for the receiving energy of the Divine Feminine. It is Chakra 1 that alerts the human conscious mind towards the need for the grounding process when one’s survival is threatened. The osseous system of the body (that is, the skeletal system) is strongly connected to Chakra 1’s energetic force. People facing bone issues do well to focus on a possible conscious change as it relates to their mental and emotional beliefs and habits regarding one’s past. 

A blocked chakra flow should be considered when looking for mental, emotional and physical health.

Choice is a keyword to encourage Chakra 1 energy flow. What choices are you making to move your heart and mind toward your truth? What is your mission on Planet Earth? Are you holding up your end of the bargain at home, to your community?

Symptoms of a blocked or inflamed Chakra 1 can show up as joint pain, hip issues, excessive nervousness, obesity, and fatigue, to name a few. Unstable thinking, followed by unstable emotions and actions, are other symptoms of a blocked Chakra 1 and can benefit from meditation, regular physical activity, eating red foods, treating with red crystals and surrounding oneself with the color red. Red is chakra 1’s coordinating color. This is called color pairing.

The data of mental and emotional energy resulting from the situations and issues one faces every day in life is stored in Chakra 1, creating havoc physically, emotionally and mentally until treated with some form of conscious change with a shift towards more healthful, spirit-based solutions to the many issues life presents. Forgiveness of those that hurt you in the past, loving the unloving and speaking words of truth are some of the things one can work on to increase the experience of light-filled experiences, those native to healthy chakra flow. A tree with sick roots eventually dies a horrible death. Get at those root issues to maintain the flow of health.

The unblocking of Chakra 1 often stimulates Chakra 7, which is the Bluetooth link to hearing Soul messages. A vibrant Chakra 1 is supported by thoughts and actions of helping others (survival) and core beliefs in the idea that “at this moment, everything is perfect.”

Since Chakra 1 is the go-to chakra that holds the solutions for the changes one will make in this lifetime, try repeating for at least 30 days the following affirmation to jump-start Chakra 1 after a conscious decision is made to evolve beyond mere survival. – “I am one with perfect love, perfect life, and perfect substance.”
